Chanson Water USA is the North and South American branch for Chanson Taiwan, i.e.; the Manufacturer. Chanson Water USA is also the manufacturer’s representative for international Business.
After 30 years in water filtration, ionizer and electronics manufacturing, Chanson Taiwan President Mr. Liao decided to expand operations to the USA, The biggest problem he faced was finding an honest, trustworthy American who would represent the Chanson product with complete integrity because the Chanson reputation in Asia is stellar.
A two year search for a qualified representative resulted in finding Mr. Ronnie Ruiz. At the same time, Mr. Ruiz was searching for an honest high quality ionizer manufacturer to represent. Mr. Ruiz had been an alternative health researcher for 27 years and was selling multiple brands of water ionizers for several years, he was extremely unhappy about the gross amount of false marketing used and the low quality products that were being sold on the USA market. Here is a reprint of Mr. Ruiz original checklist of Criteria he needed met in order to represent an ionizer brand.
- Must be a true manufacturer and not a parts assembler.
- Must have at least 10 years in the water ionizer field.
- Must have excellent reputation in home Country.
- Must have at least 80% of its product line in the health category (shows financial motivations)
- Must have major focus and expertise in water filtration.
- Layers of company names and identities cannot hide true manufacturer’s identity.
To have any one of these criteria met let alone all of them are a challenge, when Mr. Ruiz confirmed all these things were true, the decision was easy.
In February of 2008, Chanson water USA was born with Ronnie Ruiz as Ceo and wife Nedalee Ruiz as Cfo. Because Chanson USA was not simply an importer but a factory branch, Chanson USA has had the complete support of the Factory from day one. This means that the solid 30 year history of the manufacturer could be counted on for the USA operation and future warranty fulfillment. This is an important fact to note when you consider that 90% of available ionizers are “imported” by small companies with either no contracts or no long-term connections to the manufacturer. These same companies offer 10-20 year or more warranties knowing that they may not be around to honor those warranties.
Chanson brand products have quickly spread all over the USA and have been received with excellent reviews from both users and competitors. It is clear that Chanson products are here permanently.

Ronnie Ruiz has been a nutritional researcher for over 27 years, Ronnie is also a decorated US Marine, and was a competitive power lifter and body builder. Ronnie also holds a coveted General Contractors license and operated Top Choice Remodeling & Repair for many years.
When Ronnie found out his mother had lung cancer he immediately started investigating alternative cancer treatments for her. While speaking with one of the United States leading cancer researchers, he was told, “ The first thing you have to do is to get her body alkaline and the first step you take to do that is to buy a water ionizer.” Not believing or trusting this advice; Ronnie spent hundreds of hours researching ionizers before buying his first one. He brought the water ionizer home and began testing it and the water.
At his insistence, his wife Nedalee, began drinking the water but had no expectations. She was then very surprised when after about a month on the alkaline water, all of the pain in her left knee disappeared! She had injured it over 23 years before and several times since. Nedalee had been completely convinced that she would need a knee replacement surgery in her future. It had become very difficult to go up and down the stairs in her home, but suddenly this amazing healing water had turned that around.
Ronnie's results were just as amazing. Within 6 months the hemorrhoids, he'd suffered with for over 20 years were gone. He felt improvement in his energy, memory, concentration and mood. His eyesight improved. He had a reduction of joint pain. And best of all, by also moving to a slightly more alkaline diet, he lost 45 pounds in 75 days without feeling hungry or depriving himself. People always want to know if alkaline water helped Ronnie’s mother’s cancer. Sadly, the answer is no. She was unwilling to take the needed steps to alkalize her body. After a 22 month battle, she was wary of trying new things and of so many people telling her different things. So she never tried alkaline water and instead went to be with Jesus in 2007.
